We source our beans directly from Ethiopia’s most renowned regions—Yirgacheffe, Sidama, Guji, Limu, Gedeb, and Jimma. Each area offers unique flavors shaped by its soil, altitude, and microclimate. From floral and tea-like notes to rich, winey profiles, every harvest brings a story in taste.
